Three application tracks
- DIO for market visibility
- DIO for AI and entity data
- ODI for knowledge infrastructure
DIO/ODI offers three defined development paths. The author is looking for counterparties that can bring a specific problem, capability, environment or strategic proposal to one of them.
Two distinct axes
A company, data team or research institution is not a “product variant.” Each partner enters a specific value track and only then chooses a meaningful form of collaboration within it.
Engagement map
The following combinations are not a fixed price list. They show where a concrete first step exists today and where the collaboration still needs to be designed together.
The most direct path to paid delivery and external evidence.
Suitable for a team with an entity problem, data and an environment for evaluation.
The Reference Vocabulary and Reference Model provide a shared foundation for domain mapping, research and standardization.
Six ways to collaborate
The first step can be small. What matters is a clear subject, an expected output and a decision that both parties can make afterwards.
Critique of the concepts, model, segment or proposed operationalization. The output is a specific refinement, not a vague endorsement.
A bounded intervention with a baseline, predefined changes, evaluation and the freedom to reach a null result.
Translation of a validated problem into a repeatable process, data model, tool or integration.
Formalization of questions, variables and protocols, domain adaptation or a joint grant path.
Defined use of know-how or methodology. Scope, territory, term and derivative rights are negotiated individually.
Funding for one commercialization thesis, or a deliberate combination, with a concrete milestone and partner role.
Three investment theses
The site offers no valuation, financial forecast or implied product-market fit. Each thesis explicitly separates the present foundation, the development hypothesis and the nearest validation milestone.
Current foundation: closest to the author’s practice and immediately deliverable as an expert intervention.
Hypothesis: paid cases will produce a repeatable methodology, vertical playbooks and a foundation for monitoring.
Milestone: an external pilot, implemented changes and documented utility for the partner.
Current foundation: MVDIO, the multi-level Reconstruction Failure Modes taxonomy and derived Application Mappings for RAG and HEM.
Development thesis: co-development can translate the diagnostic architecture into a repeatable check, integration or technical product.
Milestone: a bounded data use case and a measurable change in system decisions.
Current foundation: K6, Reference Vocabulary v0.1.0, Reference Model v0.3.1 and machine-readable serializations.
Development thesis: domain mappings, metrics, application profiles and standards work can extend the institutional use of the reference layer.
Milestone: an expert partner, a formalized output and a validated user of the knowledge layer.
First mover
A first partner creates value where its environment, data, critique or capital genuinely shapes the first repeatable application.
Principles of agreement
Specific contractual terms are not universally fixed in advance. The default framework protects the author-led core while allowing rights to be negotiated in proportion to the partner’s actual contribution.
Unless a specific agreement states otherwise. A pilot does not automatically grant a license, equity or exclusivity.
According to scope, risk, data, technical work, capital, distribution and the parties’ other contributions.
A qualified proposal
No long pitch deck is required. The first message should show a genuine fit between a DIO/ODI track and what the partner is addressing, owns or can make available.
DIO for AI visibility, DIO for AI and entity data, ODI—or a precisely described intersection.
A specific entity, decision, research question, market opportunity or institutional need.
Data, a case, technical capacity, expertise, market access, institutional support or capital.
A pilot output, methodology, technical integration, research result, license, position or equity.
Scope, timeline, decision milestone and any expectations concerning rights or exclusivity.
Strategic dialogue
That is how a collaboration begins on terms that can be answered with equal specificity.
