Review the evidence status →DIO/ODI · an author-led concept by Daniel Beránek
DIO helps digital systems correctly recognize, connect and describe companies, people, products and projects. ODI provides a map of the relationships and principles of digital identity.
For companies, people and projects whose identity is fragmented across websites, profiles, publications, search engines and AI.
02Improve system accuracyFor teams working on entity resolution, knowledge graphs, provenance and entity-data quality.
03Develop knowledge infrastructureFor research, AI R&D, ontologies, knowledge products and standards.
Shared mechanism
Digital identity is neither a single profile nor a database row. It is a distributed object that digital systems reconstruct from available traces, relationships and evidence.
K6 semantic connectome
K6 is a map of six elements that together determine how digital systems understand a given entity. It helps identify the weak point and decide where it makes sense to intervene first.
A stabilized interpretive node: a company, person, product, project or institution whose identity must remain distinguishable.
Select a node by clicking it or pressing Enter. The network shows the complete K6 graph: fifteen connections among six nodes.
Where value is created
Services, software, licensing, grants and investment are not additional “versions of the concept.” They are ways to develop a specific track and translate its value into practice.
More accurate entity recognition, attribution and interpretation across the web, search and AI.
Build visibility →Defining entity boundaries, aliases, relationships, sources, provenance and confidence.
Propose a technical pilot →A shared language, concepts, questions and foundations for ontologies, standards and licensed know-how.
Develop ODI →What exists today
The concept has a public source trail, a minimal analytical model, a taxonomy of reconstruction failures and a machine-readable reference layer. Pilot cases can extend its practical application.

Review the evidence status →Baseline measurement, diagnosis, priority intervention design, targeted implementation and pre/post evaluation of defined signals.
Review the process →Pilot cases will demonstrate value, transferability, scalability and the appropriate product form.
Propose a pilot →Ways to engage
DIO/ODI offers defined development paths. The scope of collaboration and any resulting rights are negotiated according to the track, the objective and each party’s actual contribution.
Critical review of concepts, boundaries and operationalization.
A bounded intervention on a specific entity with predefined evaluation.
Technical or methodological translation of a selected track into a repeatable form.
Formalization, metrics, domain adaptation or grant-funded research.
A specifically negotiated use of the methodology or IP in a defined context.
Capital, infrastructure or market access for a clearly defined thesis.
The value of early participation
A first partner can co-create a domain application and gain early experience with the methodology before it is standardized.
A pilot does not by itself grant a license, ownership or exclusivity. The foundational IP and authorship remain with Daniel Beránek unless a specific agreement states otherwise.
Evidence status
DOI records, distribution platforms and the author’s own brand document authorship, origins, public articulation and development. Together they provide a verifiable basis for pilot testing and subsequent external measurement.
Author
Author of DIO and ODI, with professional experience in meaning, SEO, digital communication and digital identity optimization.
The concept draws on more than thirteen years of practical experience and an academic background in psychology, journalism and communication studies at Masaryk University’s Faculty of Social Studies in Brno. Daniel Beránek leads the project’s conceptual, strategic, research and communication layers, seeking the appropriate technical, institutional and capital capabilities for each track.
A concrete next step
A proposal should identify the track, problem or opportunity, the partner’s contribution, the expected benefit and an initial view of scope, timing or rights.
